About Adam Kwasnicki Physiotherapy

Our Inspiration

At Adam Kwasnicki Physiotherapy, we are passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love. Exercise is brilliant for our physical and mental wellbeing, and using a tailored approach and teamwork, there is nothing more rewarding than hearing our clients have achieved their goals and targets, and their pain has improved. You do not have to be an elite athlete to use our services, it is for anyone that wants to feel healthier, move more and enjoy activities that the injury or problem is limiting. We understand the challenges and frustrations that come with physical limitations, and that's why we are dedicated to providing high-quality musculoskeletal care to help you achieve your goals.

Our Approach

Our philosophy revolves around the individual. We believe in thorough assessment and personalised treatment plans, emphasizing working together for optimal outcomes. We are dedicated to listening and understanding each client's problem, ensuring a tailored approach to their care. We have an specialist knowledge in high end rehabilitation and the sports training village provides a fitting environment with gyms, running tracks, swimming pools and sports fields. Alongside this specialist exercise knowledge, we also use a variety of "hands on treatment techniques" such as soft tissue massage and joint mobilisation to achieve this as indicated.
